Slot out
This is the first time in my 27 years of supporting Liverpool football club that I actually want a manager sacked and think we are waiting too long to act on this.
This is the first time in a while that I have dreaded the games coming up, and the prospect of watching them leaves me with Sunday night feeling, you used to get in school or more widely known as the Sunday scaries.
I don't know how we fix this, but what I am convinced of for the last 2 months is that Arne Slot won't fix this, and blind hope and wishing it better won't either.
The squad lacks conviction, passion, energy and trust in the tactics. I miss the frantic work rate and the never-die attitude; it has disappeared currently. Arne Slot's management of games is the biggest red flag for me, plus the squad selection and his lack of changing things to try to fix a slide.
It looks like another big summer of change and transition, lots of leaving, and we will have to get recruitment and management right this time around.
No matter what happens, I will still be wearing the colours proudly, but I really hope I'll be looking forward to next season's fixtures and not dreading them.
